This role is a thought leader position in DPZ focused on adding value for both the franchise and DPZ businesses.  This individual will report to the Director of Finance and will work cross functionally with several key areas of the business including Field Ops, TUSA, Training, Marketing, & Supply Chain on key analyses thru a holistic approach of identifying impacts U.S. Store and DPZ profitability.  This role demands the individual to analyze and clearly communicate issues while providing recommendations / solutions. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on U.S. Store profitability, identifying trends and improving visibility into U.S. Store results at the store and enterprise level.  This position will be a thought leader and identify trends in Domino’s and QSR performance to improve outcomes.  This individual will be responsible for the development and coaching of the U.S. Store analysts that will promote opportunities for learning beyond the team member’s direct responsibilities. . RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 70% U.S Store Financial ReportingLead existing financial and operational reporting activities for  U.S. storesLead P&L collection process and related reporting activities driven by store submissions and identify opportunities / recommendations to improve overall health of the systemResponsible for Franchise flash reporting and budgeting and providing thoughtful insights into any variancesPartner with TUSA leadership to identify trends and lead the negative EBITDA turnaround processLeveraging data analytics, provide insight on various promotional activities, such as profitability on any particular order or promotional activityProvide insights on industry and competitor performancePresent financial results to varying audiences including executive leadership, field support, & franchiseesWillingness to travel within the U.S. to meetings as needed30% Development and OIS SupportWorking with the Financial Analyst ensure the accuracy of budgets / flash including Capital SpendLead process to identify trends in new store performancePartner with development team around incentives to drive store growth
