The position will be staffed during the academic year from mid-August to mid-May.As the Faculty Support Coordinator you will provide professional administrative and technological support to Michigan Ross faculty. You will contribute to our positive and inclusive work community by building trusting partnerships across the school, dedicated to meeting the academic needs of Faculty. Responsibilities

Manage support for faculty through administrative tasks related to teaching.

Assist in preparing class materials, presentations, exams, and other materials.

Update, support, and maintain class content platform (Canvas).

Prepare, update, and proo syllabi.

Address faculty inquiries and resolve issues.

Organize and prioritize workload to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Process onboarding and offboarding activities for faculty and staff.

Arrange travel accommodations for visiting speakers, PhD candidates, and other guests.

Support events for various Ross units.

Collaborate with area administrators and faculty to plan events of varying scales.

Process expense reports.

Manage administrative tasks related to PhD recruiting.

Proo manuscripts, correspondence, and other materials.

Format citations and footnotes in publications.

Stay informed of procedures and communicate with faculty and students, ensuring compliance.

Develop relationships with other departments to enhance services to faculty.

Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma and 2 years of previous administrative support. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2 years experience working in a customer service role.

Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft and Google products. Skills testing may be required.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.

Additional InformationThe general posting range for this position is $38,250-$42,500. You can expect to be paid a great compensation package. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position.
