Do you have a passion for enhancing marketing decision-making and consumer experiences via quantitative and qualitative market and consumer research? If so, we want you to join our Marketing Decision Sciences organization at Domino's as the Director, Consumer Research Science. In this high-visibility role, you will drive qualitative and quantitative market, customer, and user research to enhance our marketing strategies and consumer-facing experiences. You will bridge Domino’s commitment to over-delivering magical pizza experiences with cutting-edge research, leveraging both strong research fundamentals and experimenting with cutting edge innovation. As a champion of the customer’s voice, you will lead a team driving initiatives across various domains, including ad testing, sensory panels, choice surveys, EQ testing, and brand health. Key Responsibilities Innovative Research Leadership: Build and drive the roadmap for brand and customer research in the QSR industry, leveraging AI to challenge the status quo and foster experimental innovation. Executive Presence and Communication: Communicate decision trade-offs and strategic decisions to executive audiences, including C-suite, SVPs and VPs, and other directors. Importantly, this role requires the ability to collaborate and influence business partners and share accountability. Collaborative Optimization: Facilitate collaboration with product innovation, digital experience, and marketing teams to optimize digital experiences based on data-driven insights, ensuring research findings translate into actionable strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates. Mentorship and Visibility: Mentor a high-visibility team, guiding initiatives that inform some of our biggest business bets using a range of traditional and innovative methodologies. Culture of Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the research team.
