Data Scientist Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday is flexible. Remote is not an option for this role.)

 Candidates should be in the Greater Detroit area currently as relocation assistance is not provided

 The Domino’s Pizza Analytics & Insights (A&I) team in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Data Scientist that values collaboration, problem solving, and has experience in SQL and Statistics.This role will be responsible for driving improvement in Domino’s customer ordering experiences by translating your rigorous analytics into concise, data driven, and actionable stories and recommendations.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to influence the evolution of Domino’s through analytics by identifying areas of growth for our customer-facing ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will:Provide optimal, statistical test designs for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of various tests. Provide data driven feedback on test elements such as creative, offers, and audience optimization. Analyze results with the goal of proving (or disproving) each test experience as the root cause of change to key metrics.Present your findings and recommendations in a succinct and persuasive manner to business partners and senior leadership.Shape and guide strategic business objectives with disciplined analytic approach.Collaborate with Digital Experience partners to prioritize and identify initiatives that will help address business concerns.Proactively monitor and report on key ecommerce health metrics to IT, Innovation, and Marketing partners.Develop strong partnerships with internal departments, such as the Ecommerce IT and Digital Experience teams, providing strategic direction that supports long-term goals and needs for the organization.Identify, develop, and present recommendations for further improvements and testing with the Innovation Team.Regularly present background and findings to Marketing Leadership Team on digital experience topics.Collaborate with the Primary Research A&I team, connecting their ecommerce insights with empirical data. Provide insight to A&I, Marketing, Innovation, teams with custom views into customer behavior on ordering platforms. Partner with external vendors when needed to address key business issues.Help our team lay the foundation and groundwork for predictive modeling on user session data to activate on within the digital experience.
