Description:Client is looking to add 1-2 Civil Engineer/Designers to their Land Development team. Will be involved with all aspects of the projects, from design through the municipal approval process. Will work with the PM and design team, and will provide technical expertise and support. Will be responsible for putting site plans together, and creating the plan sets, and will use Civil 3D and AutoCAD daily. Could work on municipal and/or land development projects. Majority of current workload will be on private land development projects. FULL DUTIES: Under close supervision performs a variety of civil, environmental, transportation engineering, site planning, surveying and landscape architecture tasks. Working with computer and engineering software, familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Designs portions of a project under supervision. Assists in field surveying and construction observation. Researches literature catalogs. Prepares quantity estimates. Prepares draft reports required for project permits. Attends meetings with project engineer. Other duties as assigned.Projects are very diverse. 4 plus years of Civil Engineering/Design experience
2 plus years of Civil 3D Design Experience
