Job description

Immediate position available for customer service, office assistant. Candidate must be very detailed oriented, organized, able to multitask, have excellent phone answering skills and a friendly personality. Computer skills, such as Microsoft office, QuickBooks, is required. Some graphic design, website update, optimization and social media is beneficial.

Previous experience working with a moving company is a plus.

Summary

In the role of Office Assistant / Customer Service, you will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations and delivering outstanding customer support. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in computer literacy, clerical tasks, and customer service will be essential in managing daily administrative duties. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management will enhance communication and organizational efforts. Additionally, your premium skills in QuickBooks and bilingual communication will further support our diverse clientele, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage office tasks including data entry, filing, and calendar management.

Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.

Handle multi-line phone systems and maintain phone etiquette.

Support social media management and assist with administrative duties as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Experience:

Moving company customer service helpful
