Candidate must be very detailed oriented, organized, able to multitask, have excellent phone answering skills and a friendly personality. Computer skills, such as Microsoft office, QuickBooks, is required. Some graphic design, website update, optimization and social media is beneficial.
Previous experience working with a moving company is a plus.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage office tasks including data entry, filing, and calendar management.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
Handle multi-line phone systems and maintain phone etiquette.
Support social media management and assist with administrative duties as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
