We are a small tech company located inside Domino’s Farms and are seeking a part time bookkeeper. Most work can be done remotely but 1-2 on-site visits per month required. The work days are flexible and can change as your schedule permits.
Must be very tech savvy and comfortable with using different software programs and remote access tools
Knowledge of desktop Quickbooks is a must. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Writing checks, collecting A/R (interacting with customers by phone and email)
Recording ACH transactions from the banks into QB
Processing credit card payments received from customers
Sending out invoices for product sales and monthly/quarterly invoicing for services
Recording checks received and preparing the bank deposits
Maintaining several Excel spreadsheets
Reconciling bank and other accounts
Remitting sales tax quarterly to The State of MI
Other bookkeeping-related tasks.
Additional administrative (non accounting / general business tasks) available if additional work hours are desired.
