Local Real estate office looking For experienced Handy man - Maintenance Person for all kinds of building/apartment repairs and upkeep. Must have own transport. Must have own tools. This position is for approx. 30 hours per week plus on call status for after hours. Need to be a self starter and independent. Pay commensurate.
