HVAC Technician (Refrigerant Licensed)

Salary: $25-35 per hour, plus bonuses based on performance

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including mini-split installations, ducted, and non-ducted systems
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify issues and recommend solutions
Collaborate with electricians and other team members to streamline installation processes
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
Refrigerant License EPA 608
Proficiency in installing and servicing ductless mini-split HVAC systems
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
One-year minimum experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
Ability to pass a background check
preferable:
proficiency in installing ducted systems
sheet metal license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
