We are looking for a self-sufficient manager to help us lead our respected and reputable HVAC division. You will work directly with the owner and oversee your division. We embrace autonomy and self-starters that understand the responsibility while assisting in taking our division to new heights through working with our strategic growth partner, vendors, and of course our important customers. Full comprehension of both old and new HVAC systems and utilization of the newest technology. We are not a mini split only HVAC company and install full custom duct systems as well as newer efficiency tech. We are searching for someone that:
-Is the point of contact for all day-to-day issues and questions by HVAC Technicians in the field
-Communicates directly with customers as needed to resolve customer issues
-Performs quality control visits on in order to increase performance of HVAC Technicians in the field
-Trains and develops employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance regulations and occupational safety requirements
-Responsible for overall work quality, overall customer experience, and monthly revenue targets
-Monitors and evaluates performance of all field staff and is responsible for developing actions plans and documented discussions
-Works directly with Logistics team on all scheduling, cancellations, and job scope issues
-Ensures all paperwork issues are resolved timely as well as understand rebate and state programs for HVAC
-Responds to phone calls, emails and text messages in a timely manner
-Must be available to work after hours as needed

Job Requirements
Knowledge and experience in HVAC system maintenance, installation, and repair
Outstanding technical knowledge, excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years’ experience managing people
5+ years’ experience with HVAC is required
Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
Physical Demands
May perform work both indoors and outdoors as needed
May be exposed to inclement weather conditions and other work conditions including excessive heat, cold, wind, snow, and storms
Requires extensive standing, walking, kneeling, and bending
May be periodically required to lift items in excess of 25 lbs
Frequently exposed to noise, dust, dirt, and other related hazards
