Looking for an experienced, well rounded carpenter who can hit the ground running. Located in Lunenburg, MA. We specialize in maintenance, repair and renovation of multi-family properties (apts & condos) as well as larger scale renovations of commercial space. Need experience in rough and finish carpentry (wood and metal stud)- basic structural knowledge; drywall and mud, kitchen and counter installs, bath renovations, door and window installation, roof and siding repair work, and more. Must have own truck and tools, clean driving record, excellent communication skills, professional appearance. Must be able to work quickly and still do quality work. Fair amount of driving- we work on sites throughout MA. Looking for someone for the long term; if you take care of me, I will take care of you. NO PHONE CALLS- EMAIL ONLY.
