Wisebilt LLC is a small growing company, and we are seeking people eager to work and grow with us. Wisebilt is a Mass Save Partner - we specialize in helping homeowners live more comfortably by improving their home's energy efficiency, saving money, and helping the environment.
JOB SUMMARY:· Lead 1-3 person teams to complete weatherization jobs daily, directing job tasks to technicians
· Ensure tasks align with job orders
· Provide guidance to technicians on best practices and proper use of personal protective equipment
· Communicate with customers throughout job, provide updates as needed
· Prompt notification of job change orders to ensure accurate invoicing
· Identify materials for jobs and load trucks
· Install insulation, foam board, and complete air sealing in attics, knee walls, and crawlspaces
· Remove siding, drill holes, and blow insulation into exterior walls, often times working on ladders
· Install ventilation on roofs
· Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

· Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, confined spaces and heights up to 40'
· Must be on-time daily, prepared, and ready to work
· Timely completion and accuracy of all work
· Ability to work closely and harmoniously with other employees and be a team player
· Perform and document complete operational checks for all equipment
· Adhere to safety and health regulations as required by OSHA, and all company policies
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Prior work withing Mass Save Program a plus
License/Certification:
Mass Save Crew Chief Certification (Required)
