Who We Are: We are a growing residential construction company involved in all phases of construction, from new to remodeling. We work with homeowners, landlords, and real estate investors. We currently have one crew fully equipped and looking to grow to two full crews within the next 12 months.
Job Description:
We are looking for a residential remodeler with exceptional finish carpentry skills to join our team. In this role, you will not only showcase your carpentry expertise but also assist in various home improvement tasks, including rough framing, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, and cabinet installation. If you possess additional skills such as electrical, plumbing, concrete, landscaping, or tiling, it's a bonus! Candidate should expect to perform all types of work (demo, framing, drywall, finish, etc) A valid driver's license, transportation, professional work ethic, and basic tools are required. $20-30/Hr based on experience. Must be okay with traveling up to one hour (one way) from the Worcester area. Paid Weekly. W2 Employment. Future additional benefits coming soon!
Responsibilities:
- Execute finish carpentry work, such as trim, molding, and cabinetry.
- Assist with demolition, rough framing, hanging drywall, painting, and flooring.
- Handle tasks related to doors, windows, and cabinet installation.
- Utilize other skills like electrical, plumbing, concrete, landscaping, and tiling as needed.
- Maintain a professional work ethic and ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in finish carpentry and basic carpentry tools.
- Versatility in various home improvement tasks.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A professional and reliable work ethic.
- Knowledge of additional skills (electrical, plumbing, concrete, landscaping, tiling) is a plus.
- Basic tools for the job.
