Auto Body Estimator/ Appraiser - Marlborough, MA
Busy and reputable Auto Body Shop looking for an Experienced Appraiser to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for but not limited to writing accurate repair estimates, continuous communication with customers both in person and via phone/email, and following vehicle repairs through the shop along with the technicians and insurance companies.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends.
Individual work station provided.
Compensation is competitive, with full benefits, and is based on experience.
Experience required:
-3-5 years of prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
-Experience uploading estimates and photos and communicating with multiple insurance companies
-Proficient in use of CCC-1 estimating software
-Have a current and valid Appraiser's License and Driver's License
This position requires someone who appreciates working in a clean, professional, team driven environment. He or she must have good organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and hold customer satisfaction as a priority.
