Inside Sales Rep - Part time
eComp, Electronic Components Inc. is looking to hire a part-time ( 3 days per week) Inside Sales Support Representative in our Sales Department.
eComp has been recognized as a leader in offering the value added technologies and services necessary to compete in today's Hi-Tech Industrial world! Electronic board and component assembly requires availability of the right components prepared to the exact customer specifications. eComp delivers many of these services from our component technologies, power management, assembly and value added groups.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, energetic individual willing to learn eComp's product line and to begin an exciting career in sales. Accounts include: Department of Defense Military/Aerospace Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Call and contact key customers
- Cold calling a must
-Process sales quotations and orders
-Track and close quotations
-Close sales orders
-Provide telephone coverage and follow through on requests
-Follow up and assisting with closing all key events
-Handle all customer inquiries for established accounts
-Interface with sales managers, business unit managers, business unit associates
Requirements:
- Sales experience
- Technical background in electronics
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Capable of working in a dynamic, multinational environment
- Must have excellent writing, computer and math skills
- Demonstrates ambition and drive for results
- Being a team player is a must
- Willing to go the extra step
