D&W is looking for a Store Manager for our Worcester, MA location. This person will lead the branch in achieving its goals of healthy growth, exceptional customer service and being a great place to work.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead branch efforts to provide excellent customer service
Manage safety initiatives
Supervise, train and evaluate customer support and warehouse staff
Operate as a customer service representative
Job Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated successful management
Prior industry experience is a plus
Must be an outstanding leader
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills
Must have a strong desire to provide a positive customer service experience

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annual
