Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester provides older adults and their families with much-needed services such as:
Downsizing and sorting their home for personal belonging sale
Determining what is a donation and what is an item of value to sell on our online estate auction
Packing and unpacking to resettle a client into a retirement community.
We are also always looking for Great Talent with a passion for what we do that could work into a leadership role.
Compensation:
$17 per hour to start with no experience, up to $20.00 with experience, along with some social media experience. As you excel at your own pace, you can earn more with the growth of responsibilities, as we are always on the hunt for talent to help us grow.
Offering Flexible scheduling may lead to more hours or full-time for the right candidate. Complete Industry Training Provided.
Responsibilities:
Sort through a client’s house to determine what’s a donation, what’s of value to be sold, or what is to be trashed
Selecting household items to be grouped into lots and photographed for online auction sales, house cleanout.
Safely pack/unpack and resettle the client’s household items at the new residence
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, with flexible scheduling
Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions at the job site
Have stamina and drive and be able to resolve problem situations.
Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft.
Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
