We’re looking for a detail-oriented, QuickBooks-certified Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’re organized, reliable, and experienced in managing financials, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process payroll and vendor payments
Familiar with Certified Payroll reporting
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
Collaborate with our accountant during tax season
Requirements:
Certification in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of accounting principles
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
