Local Family Own Business, CHASE/harris Portable Toilets is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant from 12pm to 5pm Monday thru Friday to assist with day-to-day administrative work in our office. Candidate must have reliable transportation, Microsoft Office experience preferred, good computer skills, good communication, social media experience is ideal, ability to work in fast paced environment and must be very organized.
Job duties include but are not limited:
Oversee our GPS & Slate programs to ensure completion of all portable toilet deliveries, pick-ups, and routine
cleanings
Work on enhancing our social media, such as our Face Book and update requests on our website.
Assist with entering portable toilet deliveries and pick-ups.
Other tasks such as data entry, answering phones, mailing, and any other administrative duties
when needed.
Part-time job with probability of turning into full-time when we get into our busier season (Mid Spring).
