SUMMARY
Interface with customers to ensure all computer repair activity is properly documented (intake orders) and communicated to the technical support group. Additionally, the Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, text, email) to and from our customer base and addressing all customer issues and concerns with our technical support group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain organization of repair shop activity
Ensure customer intake order is properly completed
Coordinate and schedule incoming repair order with the technical support group
Follow up with technical support group on repair order status
Order and track delivery schedule of all parts and components as directed by the technical support group
Manage and maintain customer repair data base ensuring repair status is documented and customers are kept informed on the status of their repair
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, product problems and repair questions and general customer concerns in a timely manor
Assist customer in reviewing available products for sale (laptops, monitors, etc.)
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
MARGINAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following:
Shipping and receiving of parts and supplies via USPS/UPS
Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:
High School degree or GED required.
1 to 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience highly preferred
Familiarity with computer hardware technology
Demonstrated ability to navigate the Internet for possible research
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Bilingual competency in Spanish would be extremely helpful
Ability to solve practical problems and complete significant multi- tasking responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
