Diamond Factory Service is an Appliance Repair company servicing customers in the Greater Boston area, including parts of New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We are currently seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position in our call center. The CSR position is a very important role within the company. It is often the first exposure the customer has to anyone within the company. Customers can be gained or lost based on the treatment they receive when they call us.

Job duties include:

Answering inbound calls from customers, manufacturers and dealers who need to schedule service for their appliances or have simple non-technical questions related to their appliance repair.

Making outbound calls to schedule service.

Resolve customer issues and answer simple non-technical questions they may have about their repair.

Accurately update information within the systems.

Other duties as assigned learning how to dispatch.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

Call center experience (preferred)

Previous customer service experience (preferred)

Good computer skills

Articulate and detail oriented

Must be able to work between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Mon-Fri, approximately 40 hours per week

This is an in-office position.
