Our client, a non-profit/housing organization based in Shirley, MA, is seeking a Community Coordinator to join their team. This role is onsite in Shirley MA, part time hours Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm (25 hours per week), temporary for approximately 2-3 months with potential for extension, and paying p to $23/hour. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents, guests, and visitors enteringAct as an effective liaison for all those seeking to access information and services.Triage resident requests.Provide administrative and clerical support for the community. Tasks include but are not limited to: schedule and meeting coordination, correspondence, letter and document production, data entry, printing, photo copying, and file maintenance.Provide general reception services by answering the telephone and responding to inquiries and questions when applicable or directing calls to the appropriate staff or departmentHandle all incoming packages and the process for noting package arrivalsMaintain inventory of office supplies, track and order supplies as necessary.Coordinate and monitor with other related departments, site visits by contractors, vendors, and service providers.Support invoice processing.Collect and disburse mail.Work with the site team to coordinate assistance for new residents on date of move-in.Assist with campus tours including but not limited to new employees, visitors etc.REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1 year of related experienceExcellent communication skillsComfortable with a diverse population of older adults in residential setting; previous experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiencyFluent in EnglishFluency in Russian, Chinese, and Spanish preferredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
