StoneFire Outdoor Living, Inc. develops customized masonry creations and fire features that delight our customers and transform sterile spaces into extraordinary gathering places. Based in Westborough MA, we work with homeowners to design, build, and install outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, wood fired ovens, patios and many other outdoor structures. In addition, we have a manufacturing portion of the company which provides other masons with products that help their companies execute tasks more efficiently allowing them to complete more projects per season. We are looking for motivated individuals with an outstanding work ethic and positive attitude. Applicants must have a strong work history, be punctual, be flexible in job responsibilities, organized, friendly and focused.

This position entails managing and collaborating with a team to oversee, locate and purchase materials for jobsites as well as the production line. Working closely with our Operations Manager on scheduling, transportation of materials to and from our manufacturing facility, inventory management and organization, material readiness to complete projects, oversee of the production line of min/max quantities of product and quality control. Also, shop cleanliness and organization.

As our company grows, it creates a need for an individual who is a self-starter, problem solver, and who is not afraid to recognize aspects of the business that need to change and then to come up with solutions for these changes on their own to help further the growth of the company.

Skills:

Computer skills - highly recommended

Able to learn software to track customers, materials, and work orders

Organization skills are necessary

Team management skills to direct and delegate duties to other staff

Construction background in the masonry field recommended but not mandatory – willing to teach
