Material Handlers
1st -Tues-Friday 4:00 am – 2:30 pm $16/hr.
2nd -Tues-Friday 3:00 pm – 1:30 am $17/hr.
Weekend AM- Sat-Sun-Monday 4:00 am – 4:00 pm $17.50/hr.
Weekend PM- Sat-Sun-Monday 4:00 pm – 4:00 am $19.00 hr.
Forklift Operators
Shifts available:
1st -Tues-Friday 4:00 am – 2:30 pm $18/hr.
2nd -Tues-Friday 3:00 pm – 1:30 am $19/hr.
Weekend 1st Sat - Mon 4am - 4pm $19.50/hr.
Weekend 2nd Sat - Mon 4pm - 4am $21.00/hr.
Material Handler Requirements:
Material handling experience
Must speak English
Reliable transportation
Loading and unloading containers, lifting boxes, building and wrapping pallets and using a manual pallet jack.
Must understand English
Duties:
Physically unload freight from containers/trailers
Ability to operate needed equipment to perform duties
Build Pallets according to distribution instructions
Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to distribution specifications
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, receive freight with the ability to identify freight case pack, pallet patterns, and communicate problems.
Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment is preferred.
Familiarity with operating manual pallet jack.
Handling equipment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of order picking processes and inventory management systems is beneficial.
Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Forklift Requirements:
Must have: Experience operating powered equipment including sit down forklift, pallet jack, tugger and clamp attachments. English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a clamp forklift to handle, transport, and store materials without damaging products.
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers with specific handling.
Safely move and stack pallets, rolls, cartons, and other materials as required.
Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent workplace hazards.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and document any issues.
Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, such as packing, labeling, or order picking.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material handling efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience operating a clamp forklift (certification preferred but not required).
Knowledge of proper load handling techniques to prevent damage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move heavy loads as needed.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required.
