Attorney - Real Estate Closings (Remote All Areas of Massachusetts)

Real Estate Law Firm seeking a "people person" real estate/closing attorney comfortable traveling to meet borrowers for signing appointments, as an independent contractor, throughout MA in your chosen location/areas. Most signings are quick equity line/second mortgages for $100-$125 per closing/signing. Experience with signing transactions and a team attitude are needed. Please be a current MA Licensed Attorney and Notary Public in good standing with reliable transportation, willing to handle a heavy travel/driving schedule to meet for appointments in your chosen areas and schedule. A laser printer with the ability to print and scan is needed.
