Associate attorney position available in established Worcester law firm. Primary practice areas include personal injury, civil litigation, business planning & litigation as well as estate planning and probate administration of estates. Candidates with portable billings are welcome, but not required.
Base salary, plus generous commission paid for client origination, as well as paid time off. This model has been very successful for the attorneys we currently have on staff and is an ideal position for an attorney with a solid work ethic and strong oral and written communication skills who is computer proficient.
Must be able to process information rapidly and be able to pay close attention to detail. This is not an esoteric research and writing position. You will have daily contact with clients, an assigned caseload, be responsible for working independently, as well as managing and meeting deadlines. We provide training and continuing legal education opportunities.
