Attorney Editor - MA Family Law

Beacon Hill Legal is currently seeking an Attorney Editor with experience in Family Law within Massachusetts with at least 5 years' experience for a remote contractor position. This position will require reviewing and updating practical guidance and templates for Lexis Practical Guidance, an online legal product for attorneys, and creating new content, as needed. This is a contract position involving flexible hours (assignments can be completed as your schedule permits, as long as the deadline is met).Must have 5+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney Member, in good standing, of the Massachusetts State BarRate:$38-$45/hour Description: Draft, review, and revise practical guidance templates on family law documents. Review and update affidavits, agreements, and other related family law documents. Supplement existing documents with state-specific, "how-to" practical guidance based on state law, local custom, and legal practice experience Qualifications: Law degree from an accredited law school Member, in good standing, of the Massachusetts State Bar 5+ years of experience as a practicing family law attorney Substantive experience drafting affidavits, agreements, and other related family law documents.
