AR Resolution Attorney

Our Massachusseetts bassed client is currently seeking a Resolution Attorney for 1+ year assignment. This company focuses in archiving, scanning and data security consulting. The inhouse legal departmen is looking to gain resolution on accounts that are in arreares. They are seeking a dedicated person that will own the larger portion of resolution. Their job will be organize and priority the accounts. Send demand letters, liaise with collections and outside counsel. The work will primarily entail moving all the paperwork, coordinating discovery, tracking active litigation matters to ensure that the process moves efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience in private litigation practice. in-house recovery work is a plus.This is a fully remote position hours will be 9AM to 5:30PM ET with a half hour break.They anticipate this being a 40 hours a week need. They would prefer somebody who can work Eastern hours seamlessly. They anticipate this effort to last one year.
