About Us:
We are a family-owned pre-cast concrete company that has been in business for 60+ years. As our company grows, we are looking for a few good people to grow with us! We offer year-round employment and an excellent benefits package. We are seeking a production worker to assist with our daily routine of stripping forms of cured concrete products and preparing the form for the next pour. Preference will go to applicants with experience working in a manufacturing facility and those who have experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Core Job Responsibilities:
· Strip all cured concrete daily, ensuring the product is cured and of high quality prior to pulling.
· Operate an overhead crane to strip forms of cured concrete products and move metal forms.
· Cut wire and rebar and secure into form to be used as reinforcement in concrete products.
Job Requirements:
· We require a pre-employment physical and drug test. We are a drug and alcohol-free environment to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
· Keep the production area clean and in an orderly manner to prevent trip and fall hazards.
· Operate in accordance with all company safety policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
