Seeking a full time maintenance supervisor for an apartment complex in Clinton MA.
Qualifications
Must have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards
High School Diploma or GED
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Field
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of apartments, pertaining to apartment turns, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, equipment, snow removal and on call
Duties include, but, are not limited to managing a team, interior painting and maintenance, snow-removal, replacement of lights, plumbing, electrical work, roof repairs, HVAC system maintenance, appliance evaluation and repair, etc
Candidate must be flexible and be able work rotating on-call schedule, overtime and weekends if necessary
Responds to all resident request service calls and reports to the Property Manager
