Job Title: Custodian / Maintenance FLSA: Non-Exempt:
Maximum 30 hours/week
Reports to: Office Manager
Salary range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Start date: Immediate
Summary: Permanent part-time position to handle custodial and light maintenance tasks for church campus consisting of three separate buildings and exterior grounds.
Major Areas of Responsibility: Parish, Gathering Room, Parish Hall, Shed and Grounds
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and washing floors and shampooing rugs
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Move and rearrange portable furniture as needed for events
Flexible schedule to cover 30 hours per week with occasional weekend work required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload, some heavy lifting is required
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
