Responsibilities:
Our technicians serve both residential and commercial customers, often working long hours and traveling between CT, MA, and RI state lines. While previous experience is not required, candidates should excel in hands-on work and possess basic home construction knowledge. Sales experience is advantageous. Successful applicants will undergo up to two months of training and, upon completion, will receive a new truck and equipment for daily dispatch from home.
Applicants must:
Be available to work Monday through Saturday.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Be comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights of 10ft or more, and lifting over 50 lbs.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Demonstrate the ability to explain and upsell various products.
Have a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
