Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, some of which includes washing equipment and service ware, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal and floor maintenance.
Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor’s instructions.
Lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height.
Adhere to client and company protocols related to workplace safety and sanitation standards.
Follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regards to equipment use and personal hygiene.
This position may be called upon to perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
