We're looking for a Sous Chef Level Person to join Our Team

Position & Schedule:
Sous Chef or Similar (see qualifications)
Full-time– approx. 45-50 hours – must work nights & weekends
Set schedule - Closed Monday & Tuesday
Closed on some holidays, including Thanksgiving & Christmas Day
Qualifications:
2 years minimum experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining atmosphere
Must have a well-developed skills of Grill & Sauté & Expo
Actual Ability to work the line - No clipboard needed
Food Safety Certified to ensure proper food handling & sanitation
Collaborate, Respectful & Plays well with others
Assist in Inventory Control & Management
Strong Work Ethic & Team Player Mentality – No drama please
Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills – English & Spanish Bi-lingual a plus
Organized, Motivated with a passion for this industry
