Expanding fast-casual concept: gastro-pub-ish, pizza, sub shop, deli, homestyle grab & go, pit-bbq, light catering etcopening after the new year. Seasoned veteran cook with great speed, varied experience and ultra-dependable. Formal culinary training and or superb experience in the school of hard knocks. Speed and versatility are essential. Comfortable schedule (likely three evenings and one breakfast/brunch for opening) but small crew requires absolute dependability. Days and hours of operation will change as we become more established. Compensation based fairly on experience and then accurately fine-tuned based on performance. Possible part-time baking +/or delivery options available.
