The Canteen, a fast-casual, community-focused institution located in Provincetown, Massachusetts, is looking for line cooks and dishwashers to join our small, high-energy back of house team for the fall, winter and spring seasons.

We would prefer applicants with line experience, but we would be happy to train a highly motivated, communicative, and ambitious person as well.
Responsibilities include preparing menu items to meet quality, portion and time standards; maintaining line cleanliness/sanitation; and giving great service to co-workers and guests alike.
