Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Food Prep Responsibilities:

· Clean and chop/slice foods to be used in salads, sandwiches, side dishes, etc.

· May prepare and cook various dishes based on supervisor's needs as per set menu.

· Follow proper food safety requirements when handling, cooking and storing raw and prepared foods.

Utility Job Responsibilities:

· Wash equipment and service ware, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal and floor maintenance.

· Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.

· Lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height.

Additional Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, which includes washing equipment and service ware, receiving and distributing deliveries, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal and floor maintenance.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift over 30 pounds.

Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.

Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
