Here at Caring Transitions, every day is a Rewarding experience! We help seniors downsize, organize their belongings, relocate to senior living, and sell their cherished items left behind through our online estate auction platform. It's like a daily treasure hunt with a heartwarming twist! Experience with Estate Sales, Senior Relocation, Social Media or Packing and Organizing is a Plus.

Work hours are during the day approx. 8 am start till 4 pm, On Call Schedule - Great for Stay at home Moms or Dads looking to get back into the workforce or Retirees. DEFINITELY could lead to more for the right individual.

What We Provide:

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19-$20.00/hour for new team members no industry experience, $21 - $22 hour or higher for experienced candidates with Potential for Growth: Opportunities to progress into leadership positions with more

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal

Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings

Safely pack and unpack belongings during a Senior relocation

Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling

Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude

Perform any additional duties as required
