- Preferred experience in C# .NET or at least one of the following languages: Java, C, or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Font-end development experience using frameworks such as Electron and ReactJS
- Machine learning and/or data science experience
- Experience with government software deployment
- Experience with project management
- An understanding of the business value of software in hard-tech (e.g. manufacturing)
- Experience deploying software products in the hard-tech' world
