Retail manager or Real Estate Agents are a big plus - Need a passion for helping others.Are you an individual who is able to effectively problem-solve? Work independently with minimal supervision?Entrepreneurialspirit, seeking an awesome opportunity possible management position?Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester provides Senior adults and their families with much-needed services such as:Downsizing and sorting through their home.Determining what is a donation and what is an item of value to sell on our online estate auction.Packing and unpacking to resettle a client into a retirement community.The position in out in the field, everyday we are at a new town in Worcester County.We are also always looking for Great Talent with a passion for what we do that could work into a leadership role.Compensation:$17.50 per hour to start with no experience as a team member, up to $20.00 or more with experience industry experience. Have management experience or would like to grow into a position, we can discuss more with Extensive Experience and or manager bonus. As you excel at your own pace, you can earn more with the growth of responsibilities, as we are always on the hunt for talent to help us grow with great talent.Offering Flexible scheduling, lead to more hours or full-time for the right candidate.
