Who You Are: You have a lead-by-example philosophy and will set the bar high in excellence, quality, and safety. You will mentor, train, and build alongside your team on a daily basis to ensure the quality and integrity of our products and validate we're providing 5-star service and increasing customer loyalty and trust. You aim to increase sales and create a winning, successful culture for your team and customers. You will provide leadership to your team and identify areas of development and opportunity. Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to your team daily

Build products alongside your team to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded

Implement safety and efficiency while building products and mentor the team to do the same

Decrease district expenses by managing reports effectively and managing budget guidelines

Increase retention rates by implementing and fostering a strong team culture

Promote and increase sales to grow the territory

Communicate with various departments in a professional and timely manner

Follow and implement company policies with your team

Maintain customer relationships with retail store management

Resolve any conflict resolution effectively and timely

Provide 5-star service to all customers (external and internal)

To Be Successful in This Role You'll Need:

Lead by example philosophy, becoming the lead trainer and mentor in your area

Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated and take initiative

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible work schedule, including some nights/weekends/and extensive travel

Strong work ethic and detail-oriented

Proven track record in sales and relationship management

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various sales reporting and make relevant decisions to increase sales and profitability

Recommended three years of successful experience in a management role

You'll Meet These Basic Job Requirements:

Lift 40 lbs.

Have basic hand and power tools

Work full time and under the direction of and report directly to­­­­­­­­­­ a Regional Manager

Have a home office location and travel frequently within your territory
