SalaryUSD $52.88/Hr.Description and ResponsibilitiesAdult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, and in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky’s talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to the individuals served. The Service Director will provide oversight to the division and lead the ACCS structure and Integrated Teams to ensure compliance with all service delivery standards including licensing, funding source regulations and clinical service delivery standards. They will ensure timely and thorough screening and enrollment of persons referred to ACCS, as well as oversee that assessments, treatment plans, and clinical interventions are conducted in a manner that meet agency and funder standards. Other Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Program Directors.
Ensure that ACCS Teams are achieving required benchmarks for R-day billing and other contract requirements established by DMH including but not limited to frequency of face-face contacts, RASP lease-ups, movement, etc.
Responsible for oversight and completion of required HIPPA billing within prescribed timelines.
Collaborate with Quality Improvement to ensure investigations and corrective actions are submitted according to established timeline.
Oversee and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, and work plan tasks that are directed toward accomplishing the Agency’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic Planning.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, or related field, required.
Must currently hold an Independent Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LADACI),
Minimum of 5 years supervisory and management experience in social services, required.
