We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our small, family-oriented Chiropractic, weight loss office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary information is up to date
- Assist patients with body contouring sessions.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- A positive and engaging personality with a passion for helping others
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to work part-time hours.
