EXPERIENCED PARTS SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls to Parts Dept
Assist walk in customers
Assist customers with ordering parts
Pull parts to fill orders
Assist the Parts Department needs
Assist with Parts shipping and receiving. Must have strong attention to detail.
Inventory management. Must be concise and accurate.
Pick and put parts in proper location
Check in all parts and stock parts in the warehouse
Pull parts for customers and service department and bill out properly
Ship parts out to customers as needed
Assist with checking inventory and performing inventory counts
Check the showroom daily and make sure it is fully stocked
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Other duties as needed or as assigned
EXPERIENCED PARTS PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 2 years parts experience
Responsible, reliable & dedicated
Computer literate. Must know how to use Word, Excel, Outlook
Very organized & detail oriented. Must be able to accurately convey issues with items not received or damaged in transit
Hard worker
Willing and capable of studying and learning our software and manufacturers' products
Willing to learn all roles in the department
In possession of a valid drivers' license
Knowledgeable about heavy equipment (preferred, but not required)
Ability to make hydraulic hoses (preferred, but not required)
Ability to operate a forklift (preferred, but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 47.5 per week; 7:00 - 5:00, OT paid for hours over 40
