AJ Antico is the leading irrigation systems company in Massachusetts since 1980. We are hiring a Customer Service Rep to join our growing team. You will work alongside a manager for a full year with potential to take over the role within one year which will result in more hours/greater responsibility and pay.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Office experience is helpful but we will train the right person!
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong
interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment. Home Advisor experience is a plus.
