Inside Sales Customer Service

Inside Customer Service position – Sales office position in a manufacturing operation interfacing with customers along with staff in administration and production in a customer service support position. The customer service position oversees handling incoming sales calls and orders, along with assorted data entry and generation of paperwork for shipments. Must be highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, with a willingness to learn other platforms. Important to be highly organized with keen attention to details and accuracy. Candidate should be a reliable good worker, cooperative team player, hardworking, honest, can work independently and be able to manage deadlines. Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday – Friday.
