We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that our software solutions meet our clients' needs and align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating the successful execution of projects by working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats that could impact our software solutions.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues or changes to project scope.
