Description Marketing Manager with 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (3/2) position with our client in Greater Boston (just north of Boston). Ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience withing an engineering or technical field. MUST have demonstrated examples of marketing campaigns that continued to the success of a company. Strong understanding and skills in marketing strategies, content marketing, search (organic and paid), social media and other digital media channels. Digital and technology savvy; experience in website content management systems (Sitecore), marketing automation (Marketo), CRM tools, social media management (Sprinklr), and Adobe Analytics is advantageous. Target salary is 90K with some flex for the right experience plus bonus.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing various marketing initiatives to effectively reach target audiences, generate leads, and support business objectives. Requirements Qualifications: 4-5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in an engineering or technical field. Strong understanding and skills in marketing strategies, content marketing, search (organic and paid), social media and other digital media channels. Digital and technology savvy; experience in website content management systems (Sitecore), marketing automation (Marketo), CRM tools, social media management (Sprinklr), and Adobe Analytics is advantageous.
