Role and Scope of Position:Provide support and system management of corporate financial and performance reporting systems. Assist in maintaining and implementing technology solutions in support of FP&A business processes.Essential Functions:
Assist with developing data management, analytics and reporting solutions using IBM Planning Analytics, Board and/or Dimensional Insight planning and reporting systems
Working with senior members of the team, assist in data interface development, data migration, and system solutions
Research system problems and errors; coordinate with senior administrators in identifying issue resolution
Assist with system security management and reconciliation processes
Assist in the research and implementation of changes required due to changes in source systems configuration or business practices
Act as a resource to assist end users in leveraging system capabilities and troubleshooting issues
Knowledge:
Functional understanding of computerized business systems
Skills:
Strong technical skills, including MS Office applications. Experience with Power Plan, Planning Analytics (TM1) and Power Business Intelligence preferred
Understanding of financial concepts
Strong communication both oral and written
Strong detail orientation as well as the ability to be thorough and precise
Work well within a team structure
Strong customer focus
Ability to multi-task and shift among multiple priorities simultaneously
