PAINTING SUB-CONTRACTORS WITH CREWS ONLY

You Are Located in:
Hampden and Hampshire Counties in or near in Massachusetts
Please ONLY apply if you have all of the following:
You own a legitimate painting company with insurances and proper tax id. You will receive a 1099 form at year end.
You have more than 2-3 full time painters with experience, teams are preferred. The bigger your team the better!
2+years minimum of experience painting interior / exterior, residential / commercial.
If you have a valid driver's license.
If you have ALL of your own tools and reliable transportation.
If you are willing to consent to a background check which is required and will be performed.
If you are ambitious about growing your company with steady and reliable work with our company.
Finally, your vehicle must have ZERO permanent lettering on it or at the very least be able to put a magnet over all of it.
PAY IS ONLY LIMITED TO HOW MANY JOBS YOU CAN COMPLETE IN A YEAR. THE MORE YOU CAN DO, THE MORE YOU CAN MAKE!

We are a local established growing painting company servicing the Pioneer Valley and surrounding areas. We currently only serve Hampden and Hampshire Counties as you will be required to travel and work here in these areas with your own transportation.
We have many interior and exterior painting jobs ready & waiting. We need many experienced painters to add to our crew this year! As we continue into our next growth phase.
We’re looking for someone who has all their own tools/equipment, own transportation and carries their own insurance and has their own established business. Experience required in preferably all areas of the painting field (interior/exterior). However, we are also interested in those who have chosen to only focus on a niche that they excel at.

We’re looking for someone who’s very interested in an ongoing relationship, who wants to consistently get work from us. A team preferably. However, we do work with 2 or 3 men crew companies also.
